It’s Fashion Revolution Week this week! But working on a more sustainable fashion industry we can do all year round. Things I try to pay attention to are, amongst others: 1) Holes / mistakes are easily repaired, 2) Wear pants until they are really worn out and fall apart. With those points, we come to my subject of today. I wanted to try visible mending for a long time already, and this was the time! I researched how to approach this and started off. In this blog I explain to you how I gave this jeans second life by embroidering fabric and plusses on it. Now I even think it looks so cool that I also want to do it on new jeans, haha!

Sometimes you have these fabrics in your stash, you just don’t know what projects to use them for. Fabrics that you love, but never got a purpose. That’s what I had it with this fabric.
